OzChild is an independent organisation who provide intervention and prevention programs that support families to stay safely together. They also provide foster and kinship programs for children and young people who are in need of a safe and loving home.
BRM provided OzChild with an end to end commercial property service to help the organisation find and relocate to its new headquarters in South Melbourne.
Our service included property search, project management, design and relocation, allowing OzChild to navigate each step of their property journey with professional guidance and ease.
For many years BRM has enjoyed working with Not for Profit organisations. We understand the importance of OzChild's work and have been involved in the organisation's property strategy since late 2016. Our close collaboration gave BRM's property team significant insight into the needs of OzChild staff and management in finding and creating the new space.
