Victorian Infrastructure Projects

Property and acquisition advice to the Victorian Government for the following projects:

Melbourne Metrol Rail tunnel
level crossing removal
westgate tunnel projects

Proudly helping our amazing city get "on the move"... again.

40 Assessments In 40 Days

BRM Projects has completed over 40 fit-out and relocation reviews for the pre-works land acquisition stage of the Melbourne Metro Rail Tunnel Project.
As a passionate supporter of rail transport, BRM Projects is proud and honoured to have contributed to Victoria’s largest ever infrastructure project, and the first major upgrade to Melbourne’s city loop since construction began in the '70's.

The $10.9 billion project includes 5 new underground stations and will increase train capacity and efficiency across the entire network, whilst combatting road congestion.

Thank you to our team and project partners for helping BRM Projects achieve this milestone, and help upgrade our amazing and growing city.
If you are affected by compulsory acquisition or interested how BRM Projects can provide expert witness advice, please contact us to arrange an obligation-free consultation.
