In this fitout project, the aim was to ensure the upgraded space solved the space issues while also reflecting the young and innovative company culture. Fun and informal private and collaborative spaces were a must along with improved acoustics.

Alannah and madeline foundation

BRM delivered the property strategy and fitout of this very important organisation. The fitout was delivered under the first budgeted vision, all milestones were handed over on time, the board was impressed and the staff and visitors love the new space.

Engine house

A space that was once a symbol of industry, enterprise and innovation is now a co-working space filled with possibilities for creatives, entrepreneurs, and innovators, thanks to the industrial-inspired fitout delivered by BRM Projects. 

Habitat HQ

BRM Projects was tasked with refurbishing the entire ground floor of popular backpacker hostel Habitat HQ in St Kilda, Melbourne. We needed to conduct the project with minimal disruption and downtime in a hostel which needed to continue to operate 24/7.

Inclusive design was a key theme for this project, which focused on the design of a co-working space to enhance innovative thinking in the disability, health and human services sector.

​As a multi-service provider BRM Projects was perfectly placed to initiate and oversee all facets of the move from the property search for the new premise, documentation and interior design of the internal renovation, to the project management of the build and the physical relocation of staff.

BRM Projects proudly delivered Lizard Centre’s Melbourne blueprint space on time and on budget. We were proud to work on the project and learnt a lot along the way about autism and design.
