BRM was engaged by The Cat Doctors to solve a complex property puzzle. The project lasted 4 years, but together with the owners, Dr Richard Gowan and Dr Amy Lingard, BRM's property team persevered, and finally found an amazing new home for the clinic based in Glenhuntly Rd, South Caulfield.
According to Dr Gowan, the property team at BRM were "always thinking outside the square and coming up with novel means of advancing the project".
Following BRM's recommendation to expand the search area , several potential sites were identified and our team of property experts helped negotiate the purchase of the new site.
