REQUEST LANDLORD UPGRADES
Base building finishes typically fall to the landlord to handle and can be s good negotiating tool. Base building areas within the tenancy include carpet (and other floor surfaces), lighting, ceiling tiles, a/c systems, paint, blinds and amenities.
FOCUS THE UPGRADES ON THE IMPORTANT AREAS
