The potential office was perfectly suited in size and location, but the existing fitout was tired and lacked character.
Kathee Gunn, Director of 360 Degrees Focus explains “We had the design vision of what we wanted to achieve and even the staff and ability to make our fitout and move happen. We were pretty sure we had the right premises, but we didn’t have the industry contacts, fitout experience or confidence that we were on the right track. Whilst we weren’t entirely clear on how much it would cost, or how long the process would take, we did have a definite end date on our old premises. It was like knowing your end destination but not having a clear map on how to get there. Our project had a missing link!”
BRM were engaged to provide the missing link, ensuring 360 Degrees stayed on the right track. From top level design input, budgeting and lease negotiation down to onsite design, layouts and finishes as well as guiding the staff through the change management issues and design implications.
“BRM helped pull our fragmented concepts and ideas into a cohesive plan” adds Kathee.
“Gab was a great sounding board, and he also was able to guide our younger staff through the journey of the design and what was required. The final designer touches will keep being added, but we are already ecstatic with the new office and what the team has created so far. Gab’s advice was first rate. We love the end result – it couldn’t have been achieved without BRM’s input.”
