After weighing up the strategy of remaining in a tired, donated space or search for leased accommodation, The Alannah and Madeline Foundation decided to re-fit the office space during occupation. But the decision came with a few catches:
But the end result? The fitout was delivered under the first budgeted vision, all milestones were handed over on time, the board were impressed and the staff and visitors love the new space.
“Having worked with BRM before, I understood the magnitude of the project and that we needed quality advice from the outset” says Mike Zervos. “BRM’s strategic input at the start was invaluable.
