ForestWorks contacted BRM with a specific problem. Recent growth saw ForestWorks expand into the neighbouring tenancy and the landlord had subsequently upgraded both premises.
ForestWorks liked the location, building, landlord and still had years to run on the lease. But the two office spaces didn’t work effectively due to poor natural light, communication flow and being awkwardly split into two separate zones.
BRM were engaged to improve the offices with minimal cost or disruption whilst ForestWorks remained in the premises. After a series of planning meetings engaging all levels of the organisation, ForestWorks understood the cost benefit of a reshuffle and removing the inter-tenancy wall to create a flowing open plan working environment. Design also included a front of house upgrade, inclusion of an informal meeting and lunch space, workstation overhaul and storage upgrade.
