Johns Lyng had purchased an existing office space complete with a thirty year old fitout, furniture and dilapidated base building. BRM was engaged to run a joint venture with Johns Lyng to plan through the design and pull together a project scope which covered demolition, base building upgrades and a full fit out.
The 1,500 sqm design incorporated a combination of open plan workstations with perimeter offices, formal and informal meeting zones and staff amenities spread over two levels together with future provision for anticipated growth. Through the fitout, Johns Lyng were able to utilise their construction expertise and network of industry contacts to deliver a flawless project.
