- Liaising with external consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Preparing tender and brief information
- Handling preliminary property information
- Conducting basic (web based) research and investigations
- Receiving external submissions, RFI and variations notices
- Coordinating site visits and multi-party meetings
- Managing project documentation and information flow
