BRM is coming to
Melbourne Knowledge Week 2019!

BRM Projects Director Steve Schmidt is presenting a workplace workshop with a difference as part of The City Of Melbourne's Melbourne Knowledge Week. The workshop joins other thinkers and innovators who will be exploring unique solutions to improve our city.

So what does a pickled vegetable have to do with workplaces of the future? Come along to the workshop on Tuesday May 21at 10:30am to find out!

If technology is our enabler in today's workplace, then design is our support structure.

Steve will use the pickling method to show similarities between this age old process and how we plan to shape tomorrow's worker.

The workshop will explore questions relating to design principles, workplace culture and most importantly, the needs, values and purpose of the workers themselves. What elements of work can we afford to slow down a little? Will a slower workplace be more gratifying or more frustrating? How can we put our people at the centre? How do we separate wellness trends from effective wellness practices? All of these questions will be explored as participants receive a bonus lesson in how to pickle their own vegetables!

Places are limited for this event so hurry and secure your tickets now!
