We love The Alannah and Madeline Foundation.
BRM believes strongly in their mission to keep children safe from violence. And we also love a challenge. So when Mike Zervos, General Manager, asked us to guide their project, we jumped at the chance to assist.
After weighing up the strategy of remaining in a tired, donated space or search for leased accommodation, The Alannah and Madeline Foundation decided to re-fit the office space during occupation. But the decision came with a few catches:
THE RESULT
The fit-out was delivered under the first budgeted vision, all milestones were handed over on time, the board were impressed and the staff and visitors love the new space.

After weighing up the strategy of remaining in a tired, donated space or search for leased accommodation, The Alannah and Madeline Foundation decided to re-fit the office space during occupation. But the decision came with a few catches:
- The landlord was undertaking major base-building upgrades.
- Being a charity organisation, the budget was less than half what clients usually work with.
- Staff were keen to be highly engaged but also concerned about impact of the works.
- Top-tier commercial and government stakeholders, business partners and celebrities monitoring progress.
- Staged delivery with a series of staff shuffles so the fit-out could be delivered during occupation with zero downtime.
